The best waterfalls in Zambia

What makes Victoria Falls even more special is how few tourists there were—no distractions at all. In that moment, I put away my phone and camera, and truly immersed myself in the experience—basking in the sunshine and rainbows, becoming one with nature amid the roaring sound of the waterfall.

In the morning, we drove to Livingstone, passing the over-100-year-old Victoria Falls Bridge, and entered Zambia to view Victoria Falls. The next morning, we visited the falls again—the hotel’s backyard was actually within the Zambia-side Victoria Falls park.
