We captured a rainbow waterfall at Plitvice Lakes National Park. The moment sunlight hit the mist from the falls was so stunning it left me speechless. This kind of natural romance can’t be planned—you can only be lucky enough to encounter it! We entered through Entrance 2, which I highly recommend. From there, you can take a boat straight to the Upper Lakes, then follow the “H Route” downhill: Route H (starting from Entrance 2) Total time: about 4–6 hours (4 hours is definitely enough) Walk from higher elevations down past lakes, waterfalls, and rainbows—totally worth it The route is packed with scenic spots and involves very little uphill climbing, so it’s easy on your legs. Tips: Wear non-slip shoes (most paths are wooden boardwalks) Bring enough drinking water (limited supplies inside the park) Summer visits are cool and not too sunny—overall an amazing experience
